Meditation Time
1 Peter 2:9 - "But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light."
Colossians 1:26-27 - "The mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the Lord’s people. To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory."
You can reflect on what it means to be chosen by God, a royal priesthood, and God's special possession. You can also ponder on the mystery of Christ in you, the hope of glory. Contemplate on how these truths can transform your life and how you can live in a way that brings glory to God.
After meditating on these verses, you can spend the last 5-10 minutes in prayer, thanking God for his grace and asking for the strength to live according to his will. You can also use this time to listen to what God might be saying to you.
I hope this helps you in your meditation time. May God bless you with a deeper understanding of his word and a closer relationship with him.
